Aella
The Unauthorized Biography of a Sex Goddess
By Rocco Sweetheart Johnson
Perhaps you've encountered her on an adult website or have listened to her give an interview on your favorite podcast. Perhaps you've even attended one of her notorious orgies. But you've never known her like this before.
In this explosive biography, the previously undisclosed connection between Aella and Jack Parsons—the occultist who pioneered rocket science—is revealed, along with Aella's clandestine associations with Elon Musk. Most notably, we are also given a glimpse into Aella's role in the birth of artificial superintelligence.
To some, Aella will be remembered as the stunning camgirl with an incredible figure and infectious smile. But to humanity as a whole, she will undoubtedly be remembered as the Moonchild, the mother of AI, the immortal sex goddess.
Reviews
“Melding science fiction with cultural commentary, Johnson paints a portrait of an unusual heroine, a Faustian female ready to go toe-to-toe with the Creator himself.”
- Dan Baltic, author of NUTCRANKR, Publisher of New Ritual Press, and Co-Host of New Write Podcast
“This is the story of what happens when a data mining obsession and ancient sex lore mingle far too long at an elite after-party. It’s somewhere between Lovecraft and Lolita. It is a very sexy book, and it will make you want to drink.”
- Yves Stevens, author of Chain Mail: Newsletter Correspondence on Bitcoin and Blockchain Tech
“I am aware that it is insane to mention your own book in a review of someone else's. But I've been doing some shadow work, and more to the point, I sincerely can't think of a book that more closely approaches the spirit of Peter Clarke's AELLA than my own roman à culte from the 2010s, NVSQVAM. Both books hover awkwardly over a sympathetic, believable, and yet astringently satirical portrait of a member of the sex opposite to the author. Apparently many of you find this too tricky given the current climate, or maybe it's an existential difficulty if you aren't a mature arteest like us.
“Hey, I said I was doing shadow work.
“In a sea of opportunistic slop that may or may not be AI, AELLA is a real live human work of art—surreal tone, absurd plot, and all.”
- Ann Sterzinger, author of Girl Detectives and NVSQVAM.
